What are the reasons for riding a recumbent bike?

Some time ago I have written a short article trying to explain the reason
why somebody would want to ride a recumbent bike. For somebody familiar
with recumbents the answer is obvious but for people who don't know much
about them it may explain why recumbent users are so enthusiastic about
